Meet The Founder

Hi I’m Dawn and I am the proud owner of The Bubble-Chop & Dolly-Pot.

My parents were, and are still, my greatest influence in providing good, honest, fresh homemade food. Growing up, our kitchen was always filled with the comforting aroma of slow-cooked stews, freshly baked bread, and hearty roasts – the kind of food that brings people together. Those early lessons in cooking with love and using fresh, honest ingredients have shaped everything I do.

I proudly describe myself as more of a ‘gravy person’ than a ‘jus person’. I believe in creating hearty, traditional, homemade dishes that are full of flavour and made with care. Whether it’s a classic roast with rich gravy or a freshly baked pie, I’m devoted to serving food that my customers love and remember.

Our service doesn’t stop at great food. We have an exceptional team of hospitality staff who are dedicated to making sure every event runs smoothly.
